There are currently 23 Xavier Alumni Chapters throughout the United States. These chapters are under the auspices of the National Alumni Association.

The chapters provide an opportunity for Xavierites to connect with each other while helping the University in fulfilling its mission. Chapters serve an important role with the university, activities include but are not limited to mentoring recent graduates, helping to recruit students for the University, hosting freshmen receptions, sponsoring scholarships through chapter sponsored fundraisers, reconnecting with fellow alumni in the area, volunteering in the community and sharing the Xavier experience.
